Today I am thankful for:

1. Last night's fantastic dinner with Sicilian friends in Ragusa
2. The opportunity I've had over the past four years to learn about and taste so many delicious foods native to this area of the world
3. A clean house
4. A (mostly) well kitty
5. A husband who mowed the lawn and washed the car
