Oh my goodness I am so behind in my blogging! The busier I get, the more I have to blog about, the less time I have to blog. Today I want to share pictures from an afternoon trip my parents and I took to Montaña de Oro state park near Los Osos, CA about a week and a half ago. The name of the park, "mountain of gold" was derived from the golden flowers that bloom there in late spring. The park covers more than 8,000 acres of sandy beaches, rugged cliffs, and coastal hills. It is spectacularly beautiful with miles and miles of trails.

I had an amazing time spending the afternoon with my parents, outdoors, together, in such a magnificent place!
